Once you receive your login credentials, use online banking anytime by visiting our website and clicking the "Login" button in the upper right. You will be asked to set up two-factor authentication to help safeguard your account—you can choose to receive a one-time verification code by:
- Text message to the mobile number entered;
- Automated phone call to the phone number entered;
- Or an authenticator app such as Authy.
Mobile Banking
Citizens State Bank’s mobile banking app is available for Apple and Android devices. Click the links below to download our app to your mobile device.
Alternatively, visit the Google Play Store or Apple App Store on your smartphone or tablet and search for “CSB Kansas”. Select and download the app from the top of the search results, which looks like this:

At Citizens State Bank the security of your account is our top priority, and we use the latest technology to keep your online banking secure.
Please follow these guidelines to protect your account information:
- Never reveal your password to anyone or leave your password anywhere.
- Treat your password as you would your checkbook or account number.
- Select a secure password that no one can guess, but one that you can remember.
- Change your password on a regular basis.
- Use the “sign off” button to end each Online Banking session.
- Close your browser window after exiting Online Banking.
- Frequently delete your temporary internet files.
- Balance your account on a regular basis.
- Notify us immediately if you suspect someone has your login information.
Online Banking FAQ
How do I apply for Online Banking?
To enroll for online banking, complete the Online Banking Application Form and return it to any of our convenient locations. You may also contact your local Citizens State Bank location for more information.
How do I get a username and password?
After submitting your online banking application form, you will receive your username and password in the mail. If you have forgotten your username and password, contact a customer services representative at your local Citizens State Bank location.
Can I have the same username as my spouse?
We do not recommend sharing usernames and passwords. We have the ability to set up usernames for both individuals.
Can I change my password or username?
Yes, you can change your password or username within "Settings" then under "Security". The system will prompt you to change your password every 12 months for security reasons.
Which accounts can I view through Online Banking?
You can view any account for which you are an owner or authorized signer.
Can I have Online Banking for my business?
Yes. However, you will need to visit one of our locations to fill out a business application. The above application is for personal accounts only.
Will I be able to get a copy of my transaction history and see copies of my checks?
Yes, you will be able to view transactions and print your eStatements online if enrolled. To view your check, select the transaction and click on “view image”.
Is there a fee for Online Banking?
No, Online Banking is free of charge to our customers! (For a small fee, you can enable Bill Pay as an add on service to Online Banking.)
Can I make loan payments?
Yes. Simply use the 'Transfer' option to make regular payments to your installment loans. When paying off a loan in full, please contact your local Citizens State Bank location to ensure your payment gets applied correctly.
What do I need to access Online Banking?
You will need a web browser that supports 128-bit encryption. Once you log in to Online Banking, there is a link to test your browser to ensure that it is compatible. If it is not, you will have the option to download the free software for 128-bit encryption.
